RB Fitch - Developer
RB and his late wife, Jenny, purchased the 640-acre Fearrington dairy farm in 1974 and started the converting the farm and surrounding land into a country village. The original farm house and outbuildings now house the shops and restaurants of the village center, while over 1100 families have homes nestled in the surrounding woodlands and fields.

Greg Fitch - Vice President
Greg Fitch joined the family business in the fall of 2006. For the three years previous, Greg constructed vacation houses on Long Island’s East End. Prior to that, he worked in New York City, most recently for Random House, Inc., managing several corporate departments. After receiving an undergraduate degree from Georgetown University in foreign service, Greg served as a staff assistant in the White House under President Bush (senior), and then earned an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Keebe Fitch - Secretary Treasurer
Keebe has been a part of the family business since the early 1980's. In addition to earning a BA in History from UNC, she also recently received an MBA from Kenan Flagler's Business School. In 1990, Keebe opened McIntyre's Fine Books, one of the leading independent bookstores in the area, and her involvement in the company has grown to include Secretary Treasurer for Fitch Creations, and Managing Director for McIntyre's Bookstore and Dovecote Home & Garden Shop.  Keebe currently works with the Real Estate Team with Fitch Creations, Inc.

Kerstin Lindgren - Public Relations
A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in Communication Studies, Kerstin worked at Fearrington for 8 years as a server in the Barn and The Old Granary and then as Catering Manager for the Village. She returned to Fearrington in 2007 after six years as a Meeting Manager at the UNC School of Government to head Fearrington Corporate Sales, and has since moved into Public Relations.

Sarah Matista - Marketing Coordinator
Sarah joined the marketing department at Fearrington Village in April, 2005 after earning her BA in Journalism and Graphic Design from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She became Marketing Coordinator in 2008, overseeing the website and promoting Fearrington's shops, country inn and restaurant, and residential real estate offerings.

Bobbie Gautney - Accounting Manager
Bobbie joined Fearrington in May of 1999 as a Job Cost Accountant and was promoted to Accounting Manager for all Fearrington businesses in 2001. Bobbie oversees all aspects of the accounting for Fitch Creations including preparation of financial statements, insurance procurement, and 401k Administrations.

Samantha Robinson - Human Resources and Benefits Manager
Samantha joined our Accounts Receivable department in 2003 and was promoted to Human Resources and Benefits Manager in 2005. She earned her BS in Business Administration from NC Wesleyan College in May 2007. Samantha is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is also an active member of the local Triangle Chapter.
